m = -3 and n = 2

1) m + 5 (n-3) + 4

-3 + 5 (2 - [-3] ) + 4

2( 2 + 3) + 4

2 * 5 + 4

10 + 4 = 14

2) 19 - 8m - 3n

19 - (8* [-3] ) - 3 * 2

19 - (-24) - 6

19  + 24 - 6

43 - 6

37

3) m^3 - 3 (4-n^2)

(-3)^3 - 3 (4 - [2]^2)

-27 - 3 (4 - 4)

-27 -3*0

-27-0 = -27

4) 5(3m+ 10) + 2n + 14

5 (3 * [-3] + 10) +2*2+ 14

5(-15 + 10) + 4+14

5 * (-5) + 18

-25+18 = -7

Hope it helps....
