Yes, Aliphatic aldehydes does not undergo Perkins Reaction.

Perkin's Reaction - The Perkin reaction is an organic reaction invented or developed by English chemist William Henry Perkin which  is used to make cinnamic acids.

Now, in Perkins reaction condensation occurs between aromatic aldehydes but for aliphatic aldehydes is does not undergo Pekins reaction because there is no alpha hydrogen present in aliphatic aldehydes. Thus they only perform self condensation.
