⚡Hey mate⚡

✨Here is your answer✨

Alka and swetha invested 1800 and 2400 rupees.

1st we calculate the investment ratio

Alka : swetha

1800 : 2400

18 : 24

6 : 8

3 : 4

Invested rupees ratio is 3 : 4

Now the profit is = 1400 rupees

But the profit is on whole ammount it means that

1400 is equal to 3 ratio + 4 ratio

3 ratio + 4 ratio = 1400

7 ratio = 1400

1 ratio = 1400 ÷ 7

1 ratio = 200

Now the profit of Alka is

Alka 's ratio is = 3

Profit is

3 ratio = 200 × 3

3 ratio = 600

Now the profit of swetha

Swetha' s ratio is = 4

Profit is

4 ratio = 200 × 4

4 ratio = 800

Answere is Alka's profit is 600 and swetha's profit is 800.

I hope it's helpful for you. Thank you ❤️❤️

Answer-

Amount invested by Alka = 1800rs

Amount invested by Swetha = 2400rs

Their ratio  = 1800:2400

                  = 3:4

Let the invested amount be 3x and 4x respectively

Profit  = rs.1400

So,

3x+4x = 1400

7x = 1400

x= 1400/7

x = 200

Hence,

Alka's profit = 3 x 200

                    = 600

Swetha's profit= 4 x 200

                        = 800
