Ratio of investments of Alka and Swetha is=18000:24000=3:4

Total profit=Rs 1400

Therefore, Profit of Alka=3/(3+4)*Rs 1400

                                       =3/7*Rs 1400

                                       =Rs 600

Profit of Swetha=Rs (1400-600)

                          =Rs 800
