Alka was making tea in kettle suddenly she felt intense heat from the puff of steam gushing out of the spout of the kettle she wondered wethear the temperature of the steam was higher than that of the water boiling in the kettlle comment?

Because water boils on 100°c and it convert into stem after more increase in temperature which result that steam have higher temp than boiling water.
