Alkal such as naoh caoh etc .. does the bulb glow??

yes, the bulb will glow
we can conclude that these are bases... alkalis are base
an electrolyte should contain acid base or a salt to conduct electricity..
and as the condition is fulfilled.. the bulb will glow!!
