The agriculture of different crops depends on the type of soil available in that region.

Initially, the earth’s surface was full of hard rocks, which gradually decomposed due to the actions of the sunlight, water and wind.

Apart from the running water of the streams and the blowing winds, the rocks are also eroded away by some living organisms, like the lichens and the mosses.

When these rocks are broken down into much smaller pieces, the soil is formed.

The physical and chemical compositions of these rocks influence the nature of the soil.

All agricultural production depends on the surface or the rocks because over the years, the place of the rock is determined by the climate and the weather of the place.

EXPLANATION:

A place that produces Mustard seeds would not have the same type of rocks as the place that is very known or popular for rice, as we move from one place to another the rocks and the soil of the place changes and that results in agricultural yields of the place.
