Article 7 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) states that "All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equalprotection of law"
Women's rights under the Constitution of Indiamainly include equality, dignity, and freedom from discrimination; additionally, India has various statutes governing the rights of women.

Centre for Equality and Inclusion (CEQUIN), alternatively spelled in the press as Center for Equality and Inclusion, is a non-governmental organisation based in India that works towards female empowerment and women's rights.

I support your thought.
Yes women have separate law , separate reservation and etc.
In Indian society it is common to see the higher priority towards boys. And all know that girls are good at everything. In fact their parents too know that. But girls really lack encouragement.
All parents feel that are being secured and will be secured with their sons.
So they don't like to spend money for their education or anything else.
So government has enacted a separate law for women's in point of view that everybody would feel that there is no need to spend money on education or anything of a women.

Like, everybody is equal before law ,everybody is equal before education too..
