yes all are equal before law.It means not one above the law everyone is treated equally.There should be no discrimination between the citizens on the basis of cast,religion,gender,colour,or according to place.For example in early time women were not having the power to vote but now a days everyone who is of 18 years or above have the right to vote.

Even in early time there was the discrimination between black and white people but now in todays generation there is no any kind of untouchability or descrimination.
