each cell in an organism are different because different cells have different work the cells are modified according to their work and functions .

eg: muscle cell and nerve cell.

yes all cells in an organisms do not have the same shape..as our body is complex because of its structure it's parts will also different as per the structure of cell should also be different... cells have to perform so many function so it's clear that only one type of cell cannot perform all the functions.
