no all conductors of electricity are not magnetic substances. as water is conductor but is not magnet.

No , all the conductors are not made of magnetic material [ Ferromagneticsubstances like iron, cobalt, Nickel]. ... But current carrying conductorproduces magnetic field around them which is used to produce strong electromagnets
