all conductor of electricity are magnetic substance? justify with example?

if you will learn Oersted observation ,
you understand how electricity and magnetic nature are related with each other.
e.g A compass suffers a deflection when it is placed near a wire carring an electric current . when the direction of current is reversed, the direction of needle also reverse . why this is happening ? there is only one reason wire has magnetic nature when carrying current through it .
so, we can say that all conductor of electricity are magnetic substance.
