Que. All countries that have a democracy are not necessarily democratic. But, all countries that are democratic will have constitution. Why? Give 3 reasons.

Ans. All countries that have a democracy are not necessarily democratic because if there is a particular situation arises when there form a majority of people who want to overthrow the democratic government then there will be no any boundation to those people who wants to overthrow it and then it will be the condition when the country has democracy but that is not democratic.

Example: CHINA

China is the greatest example of this situation because it has only one party system.

Now Here are the three main reasons why each democratic have constitution:

  • Constitution is the vital part of democracy.
  • Constitution provides citizens their fundamental rights and duties.
  • Constitution maintains the law and order in the country.
