There are three types of defects
myopia
Hypermetropia
Presbyopia
Myopia means which can see nearer objects but we can't see far objects
The maximum distance is 25cm
Hypermetropia means which can see far objects but can't see near objects
The maximum distance is infinity
Presbyopia is also a type of hypermetropia which will get in olden age..

mypia ,,,, the person can see near object but not distance object because the image forming in front of cornia concave lens is used for accommodation
hypremetropia.....the person can see distance object but not near object. image formed back in cornia
presbiopia...same as hypermetropia but it is due to old age above 40 age convex lens is used for accommodation
