ALL DEMOCRATIC COUNTRIES ARE LIKELY TO HAVE A CONSTITUTION BUT IT IS NOT NECESSARY THAT ALL COUNTRIES THAT HAVE HAVE CONSTITUTION ARE DEMOCRATIC , THERE ARE MANY COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD WHICH HAVE CONSTITUTION BUT THEY THEY ARE NOT FULLY DEMOCRATIC NATION ,MANY COUNTIES ARE THERE IN WHICH THEY HAVE CONSTITUTION BUT THERE IS ONE TO RULE OVER THEM .All COUNTRIES ARE NOT LIKE INDIA .LIKE HERE WE HAVE RIGHT TO CHOOSE OUR REPRESENTATIVE .
