no,we know that they are disabled people and have some difficulties to do work ,but it doesn't mean that they should be murdered.they are only disable but they have much creativity in them.for eg great English theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking ,he was also one from disabled people but he was great and he did something great. So instead of making fun,or thinking that they can not do anything we should encourage them.
