All face and ace cards removed from deck of 52 cards, now total card left ( 52 - 12 - 4) = 36 cards.

18 red cards, 18 black cards.

Now, we have cards marked 2 to 10, prime number 2 - 10 = { 2, 3, 5, 7 }

=> Now there are 4 cards of Heart and 4 of diamond, total 8 red card with prime number.

Now probability of getting a red prime number card

=> 8/36

=> 2/9
