        Fossile fuels are the fuels which contain hydrocarbons. Compounds which contain only two elements which hydrogen and carbon are called hydrocarbon compounds.
        So the answer is - Yes. I'm agree. Fossil fuel contain principally hydrocarbon compounds. They contain these compounds naturally to bring out complete succeed combustion. So they contain hydrogen and carbon dioxide.
