yes this statement is correct.
just like cup sirup it contains drug so that the person suffering from coughing get relax and have a proper sleep he hence he/she gave relax to her/his neck and get rid from coughing.
but drug are only made for a bad purpose.
as I think so, SAY NO TO DRUG.

for example heroin is drug,if thats is a substance which causes certain biological effect , heroin is not though that prevents any diseases  or cures a symptom ,aliment disease state to conclede thus it means allmed are not disease but all medi are not drugs... if u need any help i can < iam class 111th bio student>
