Explanation:

While that document is open, click the Finish & Merge button and select Print Documents.

In the little dialog that pops up, choose All and click OK.

If one wants to save the results of the merge, instead of Print Documents they can select Edit Individual Documents.

It will open another document, which you can save.

Go to File > Save.

When one save the mail merge document, it stays connected to your mailing list for future use.

To reuse your mail merge document, open the mail merge document.
