Answer:

A double displacement reaction is a reaction in which to anions exchange their respective cations.

(AB + CD -> CB + AD)

Neutralisation reaction is a type of double displacement reaction where an acid and base react to form salt and water.

Eg. HCl + NaOH -> NaCl + H2O

Since all double displacement reactions does not have acid and bases and do not form salt and water, all double displacement reactions are not neutralisation reactions.

Eg. AgNO3 + NaCl -> NaNO3 + AgCl

Since in neutralisation, the anions exchange their cations, they all are double displacement reactions.
