for example ,carbohydrates contains carbon.

we know that nitrogen is needed to prepare proteins ,therefore nitrogen is there in proteins

water has both hydrogen and oxygen

we also have to take into consideration that the water we take is not distilled ,it contains ions like sulphate, therefore sulphur enters our body

our teeth is made of calcium phosphate, we get it from the milk we drink
