All particles move both rotatory and translatory motion except center of mass. Elaborate please

the centre of a mass is a unique point in space where the weighted relative position of the distributed mass sum up to zero . it is the point where a force applied cause the motion in the direction

if motion without any rotation . the mass of the body is distributed around the centre of mass.
