All pathogens are antigens but all antigens are not pathogens. Explain.

A pathogen is a substance/organism which have tendency to harm our body. Antigen is any foreign substance which is introduced to out body. Antigen is a wide spectrum. Any thing can be antigen. Medications you take , food you intake,etc everything not made from our body is an antigen and causes stimulation of different kinds of responses. Eg.Food causes initiation of digestion.Pathogen is a specific tendency to cause harm to the body/tissue. it is a small part of the Antigenic spectrum.
