No, all physical changes are not irreversible.

Some of the best examples include cutting of trees, cutting of vegetables etc.

As chemical changes cannot be reversed back, they are always irreversible.

But in some cases chemical changes can be reserved such as removing trash from copper with vinegar.

But it is true that the chemical reactions or changes can be reserved, but the changes of their composites are irreversible.

No, we don't agree with their statement because same physical changes are their which are irreversible physical changes. For example :- Breaking of glass, Shredding of paper are some physical changes that cannot be reversed.
