Yes i agree with the given statement that all plants give out O₂ during day time and CO₂ during night time. We know that plants prepare their own food and this process is know as photosynthesis. During the process of photosynthesis the plants release the O₂. This process photosynthesis happened only during the presence of the sun light. Therefore the plants release O₂ during day and CO₂ during night time.
