yes this is right that all plants give out Oxygen and Carbon dioxide during night but there are some plants which give oxygen during night also. not all the plants and trees give carbon dioxide during night because if they will produce lots of carbon dioxide in the night then how will human being be alive.

yes, all plants start release of co2 at night but the quantity to too small that it doesn't affect us much so if you have heard someone saying that if you sleep under a tree the next morning you are dead then don't worry that's not true
oxygen cannot be made in the night as there is absence of sunlight
