all plants give out oxygen during day and carbon dioxide during night....give reasons

Plant take co2 and release o2 during process of photosynthesis and photosynthesis is possible during day time only.

And at night they take o2 and release co2 because of respiration

this is because ,the photosynthesis occurs during the day (but only the light reaction takes place during the day) ,
at night the dark reaction goes to be occurred.
