The above statement is true.


Real numbers is a collection of all rational and irrational numbers in a group.


Hence, All irrational numbers are a part of real numbers which tells all irrational numbers are real numbers.


But all real numbers are not irrational numbers as they consist of both rational and irrational numbers.
