The meaning of “All reality is a phantom and all phantoms are real meaning” is the all feelings of reality are illusions.

On the other part, all illusionary feelings are reality.

For example, one person can believe that he is right and everybody need to understand his feelings to make him happy, and another person can think that he cannot do anything wrong which will hurt anybody and he want to keep people happy around him.

So here happiness is a feeling and feeling of being happy is an illusion.

So phantoms are real in meaning and reality can be your illusion.

The given phase means all feelings of the reality are actually emotions which are actually illusions.

For example I am taking that person x believe in doing things that don't hurt anybody. He want to keep people around him happy. On the other hand person y believes in doing things that he think are right. In the above two perspective would the feelings are emotions which are actually illusions in nature. Feeling of being happy is an illusion because being happy differ from person to person.
