because highly reactive metal can can displace metals of low reactivity from their compound as in the following reactions:
Zn(s) + CuSO4(aq) gives ZnSO4(aq) + Cu(s)
Zn(s) + FeSO4(aq) gives ZnSo4(aq) + Fe(s)
This happens in all the decomposition reactions

tanushrinambiap42rg5: Thankss that was very informative
mohitgang035p283yv: Actually it happens in all displacement reactions
mohitgang035p283yv: so correct this in your mind please
tanushrinambiap42rg5: oooo thanks i was just a little confused
