It tells that a section of school children staying on Venus with parents.  

They are 9 years old and they are anxiously awaiting for an occasion.  

5 years later of continuous rain scientists on Venus have found that sun will come out today for a small length of time.  

The children have seen the sun once in their lives but they was 2 years old and they don't remember how it feels.  

To prepare for the day they have consistently read about the sun and completed classroom works for example writing a poem regarding the sun.
