Many countries are democratic but actually they are not democratic. Because of not equal rights anything. Counyries like africa at between 18th and 19th century black people did not have right to vote . Black people have seprate toilets, hospitals , restaurant,and homes. Even though they have different churches. In saudi arabia women do not have right to vote. Estonia has made its citizenship rules in such a way that people belonging to russian manority find it difficult to get the right to vote. In fiji the electrol system such a way that the vote of indigeneous fiji has more value than of an indian-fijian.
