yes I agree that all the decisions in a democratic form of government are delayed.
1. if we consider all democracies and all dictatorships for the fifty years, dictatorships have slightly higher economic growth.
2. But this alone cannot be the reason to reject democracy because the democratic form of government has to take care of all aspects, such as, population size, global situation, cooperation from other countries, etc., all this influence economic growth and development.
3. But we can expect democracy not to lag behind dictatorships in this respect. Example given: India is showing better result in this aspect.
