if i'm not wrong then you are talking about roots of quadratic equations

if alpha and bita are roots of quadratic equations then equation will be in this form

x²-(alpha+bita)*x +(alpha*bita)

or if quadratic equations are given then alpha & bita are found by this formula

[-b±√ {b² - (4*a*c)}]/2a

where equation will be of form of

ax²+bx+c
