Minerals are the natural materials in which metals and their compounds are found but ores are minerals ftom which metals can be extracted conveniently and profitably .. hence all contains metals and are minerals but metals cannot be extracted conveniently and profitably from every mineral (thus they arent ore) .. therefore we conclude that All the ores are mineral but all the minerals are not ore

All the ores are minerals but all the minerals are not ores because:

•Metals cannot be extracted from minerals in a convenient way.

•Minerals are naturally occuring chemical substances below the surface of earth.

•An ore is a mineral from which a metal can be extracted.

•For example,Aluminium metal is found in both the minerals-Bauxite and clay.

But, Aluminium metal can be extracted from Bauxite ore in a more convenient way and clay is not an ore.
