Hola !!!!

Here is your answer

" All the plants give out oxygen during the day and carbon dioxide during night" , yes I do agree with this statement.

All the plants give out oxygen during the day time during the time of photosynthesis in which oxygen is a byproduct, but at the time of night as there is the absence of Sunlight there will be no photosynthesis occurring, so plants give out carbon dioxide as we do.

During the night time the plants carry on a process called respiration in which they give out carbon dioxide and take oxygen, as soon as the sun rises another process called photosynthesis get started in the plants.

I hope this helps you my dear friend.

Answer:

Explanation:

Plants give out carbon dioxide not only at night but during the day too. It happens because of the process of respiration in which plants take in oxygen and give out carbon dioxide. As soon as the sun rises another process called photosynthesis starts, in which carbon dioxide is taken in and oxygen is given out.
