answer of the question number 1 is 14 Newton first of all as clear from the diagram it is known that the both block will move with same acceleration then by using formula acceleration is equal to net force upon total mass you can get the answer as 7 metre per second square and which on multiplying with mass of block to you can get the answer as 14 Newton
(c) in third question you can use basic principle that spring measures tension in wire and it is ideal spring therefore the tension will be uniform in both spring ends the reading will be same in both the springs 10N.
(b) to solve this question you have to assume that the string does not breaks and since the system is not moving therefore that tension must be uniform (equal to F)
