All the substances in our food which are useful for various bodily processes are called nutrients. Before nutrients are able to function food requires being or being able to pass into one’s body.

This is termed digestion. It commences when we chew up the food that we have. As we gulp it down it progresses to our stomach and here it gets mixed with water and more fluids.

After that, the food’s passed on for Digestion. Nutrients get away through our intestine’s walls into the blood and are subsequently carried to every part of the body.
