=0
x+1 is the factor of expression
2x^4+x^3-14x^2-19x-6/x+1
=2x^3-x^2-13x-6

Now we have to also factorise 2x^3-x^2-13x-6
For x=-2
2(−2)^3−(−2)^2−(13)(−2)−6
=0
x+2 is the factor of 2x^3-x^2-13x-6
2x^3-x^2-13x-6/x+2
2x^2-5x-3

(x+2) (2x^2-5x-3)
So over all answer is:
(x+1) (x+2) (2x^2-5x-3)
