coz sometimes thise variations which gaves no any survuval advantage can lost beciz they dont gives equ chances...like our appendix and the color of lady birds

All variations donot have equal chances if survival. If the genetuc design is too much different, it may happen that the species dies. If the variation gives any survival advantage it will surely survive. But if it is by chance, it may die.
