All three vertices of triangle ABC lie on the parabola defined by y=x^2, with A at the origin and {BC} parallel to the x-axis. The area of the triangle is 64. What is the length of BC?

when you plot the graph,it is at (-x,x^2)and (x,x^2) is iscosceles

when you set up the triangle it is=64*1/2*2x*x^2=64=x^3

x=4 then 2x=8
