Hope you’re having a good day? as we both know due to the present pandemic situation all children are getting dull, no play no exercise only school/home work , so I wanted to give some advice on how to stay fit and healthy during this pandemic situation, hope that it would be helpful.
The first thing you should do is to take care of your health by maintaining a habit of proper diet, you can join some online yoga classes as well, you can even try aerobic dancing, jogging on a small trampoline, running on the spot, bicycling etc. Sometimes when you feel bored you can do something you love to do, and as a friend I know that you love dancing, right?, You should probably join some online dance class, and what I think is the best way to stay active is by helping your mother, two things done at the same time!, helping your mom and getting active!, and after all this don’t forget to get enough sleep, because with physical health mental health is also important, try to learn ways to manage stress, you get more than a million other things on the internet, but I’ve mentioned the ones that I felt were the most important, you can even share this with your friends, How is everyone at home?, hope that your sister is also doing well, pay my regards to your mother and father, Don’t forget to write me back!
