Allan took a balloon and found that he could blow it easily. He then deflated it
completely. Holding the mouth of the balloon, he pushed the rest of the balloon inside a narrow necked bottle. After tightly stretching the mouth of the balloon over the mouth
of the bottle, he held the bottle and started blowing into the balloon. What happened?

A. The balloon expanded just as it had outside the bottle because Allan blew into
the balloon with the same pressure.

B. The balloon expanded to the size and shape of the bottle because air takes the
shape of the container it is in.

C. The balloon expanded just a little because the air in the bottle could not move
out to make way for the expanding balloon.

D. The balloon expanded to half the size that it was outside the bottle, because only
half the air that Allan blew went into the balloon.

hey mate!!

here's your answer...

»I think the is (B)

»it is because it is not mentioned that he blew less so that balloon is not been filled fully so option C and D are wrong .

and because balloon can't be expected inside the bottle like it expands out side , so option A is also wrong.
