well, I am giving the answer in 4 points 1. Due to presence of High Metropolitan cities with rich in economic and culture. 2. Rich in Agriculture, where the demand for food is available due to high fertility of soil. 3. Available of Transport System, to migrate from one place to other. 4. Due to economic backwardness on those areas except the 5 states where the people are socialist and well Educated, hence people settle here。
