Hi there!

India has religious diversity. These wide religions differences are often expressed in fields of our politics.

Gandhiji was of the view that religion can't be separated from politics. According to him, politics must be guided by ethics drawn from all the religions.

Human rights groups in our country have argued that most of the victims of communal riots in our country are the people from religious minorities. They have demanded to protect these communities.

Women's movements demanded to change family laws of all religions that discriminate against women.

All these instances involve a relationship between religion n' politics. Ideas and values drawn from different relegions play a significant role in our politics.

People sometimes demand their needs as a member of religious communities. But leaders should restrict this work regarding religions activity as to prevent discrimination and oppression.

The political act is regarded as not wrong as long as it treats every religion equally. In this way religion and politics should be separated for the benefit of the citizens...
