Firstly Recognize the question is wrong..

Correct question is -

"She cuts and binds grains alone"

It is in active voice of present indefinite or simple present tense

To make it passive structure is needed to make male passive or simple present tense or present indefinite..

Therefore the structure is

Sub+is/am/are+v3

Now using the above structure we can make passive sentence -

Therefore the answer will be-

Grain is cut (v3, same as v1 of cut ) and bound (v3 of bind) by her alone ..
