Because in some parts of India specially in rural areas people belong to lower class were given some special work and paid less.
2. Gender factor is also there because women's were paid less as compared to men for the same work.
3 In some remote and rural areas girls were not allowed to go out and study and they remain uneducated due to this they did not get good job.
Methods to reduce
1 By educating everyone we can change people's thinking.
2 Government can come up with some laws for womens for equal wages although some laws are already there but their proper implementation is not there.
