alpha and beta are zeros of p x square - 2 X + 3 p if alpha + beta is equal to Alpha Beta find the value of p​

  • px² - 2x + 3p = 0
  • here : a = p , b = -2 , c = 3p
  • α+β = αβ
  • Sum of Zeros = α+β = -b/a = -(-2)/p = 2/p
  • Product of Zeros = αβ = c/a = 3p/p = 3
  • then ,
  • 2/p = 3
  • 3p = 2
  • p = ⅔
  • The Value of p = ⅔
