First find out the factors Alpha beta =14=7 × 2
This means alpha =7or2 or beta= 7or2
Now find sum of roots alpha + beta=18/p
So put 2+7 as alpha+ beta= 18/p
From here p comes out to be 2
So put p in 2p^2 - 8=2 × 2^2 - 8=0
